John 10:10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to
kill, and
to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they
might
have it more abundantly.
We have all seen it--someone who is only interested in what
they can get from us or out of us. It happens all too
frequently!
There is one who came to make life better for us. He came because
He loved and cared about us. He was not well received, but still
did His best to make the best possible for us. He knew what life
is about and wanted to make our lives to be full of joy and peace.
Sure, there are "hirelings" out there who don't really care
about people. But Jesus was not one of them! Jesus is the
"door"
to life. There are a lot of ways to do a lot of things, but some
things can only be done one way. Jesus came to make life, real
life,
the kind of life that God intended for us, a real possibility! He
gave His life on a Roman cross, just so you "might have life, and" so
you
"might have it more abundantly."
Are you searching for that joy in life that you are
missing?
Jesus wants you to come to Him. He cares about you. He
wants
you to know the abundance that God has to offer anyone who will come to
Jesus. Find out about that "abundant life" which Jesus talked
about.
Let Jesus be a part of your life. Don't let the thieves and
destroyers
of life mislead you; find the one who gives life, today. Find
Jesus.
